Shipping policy

Processing time
In-stock items ship within 7 business days of order confirmation. Pre-order and made-to-order items ship according to the estimated date shown on each product page. If no date is listed or if a delay occurs, we will contact you directly.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs. 

Taxes
Prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise has an issue, please contact us at hello@denkimono.tech within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll work with you on a solution.

Returns
All purchases are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise has an issue (see above).
