We're a small studio, thank you for your patience!
Denkimono is a small studio in Tokyo. Many of our pieces are manufactured in-house, where each order is made, checked, and packed by hand before it ships.
We know waiting is hard. Thank you for giving us a little time to get it right.
Something went wrong?
Sometimes a package gets damaged, or things just don't go as planned. If that happens, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll do our best to sort it out with you.
Because each product is made in small batches, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Shipping
We currently only ship within Japan with limited shipping to the continental USA. Orders usually leave our studio within 7 business days. Made-to-order items may take longer (extra time is noted on the product page).
